2 pounds Salmon, sliced into four filets
  Salt and pepper
1/4 cup Miso paste
2 tablespoons Soy sauce
1 tablespoon Brown sugar
1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  Chopped green onions and sesame seeds for garnish

  Rice
800g Chopped vegetables
  Soy sauce

Instructions

Cooking mode

  1. Season salmon: Salt and pepper the salmon.
  2. Whisk ingredients: In a small bowl add the miso paste, soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Whisk together until smooth. Reserve 1 tablespoon of marinade.
  3. Marinade: In a medium sized bowl add the salmon and the sauce. Let it marinade for 1-3 hours. Save some marinade for the rice / veggies.
  4. Cook salmon: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large skillet or oven safe frying pan add the salmon and discard marinade. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until fish is almost done and opaque.
  5. Brush with reserved glaze and broil on high for 1-2 minutes until fish reaches 125-130 degrees in the center.
  6. Garnish and enjoy: Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
  7. for the rice

  8. Cook the rice and stir fry the vegetables in some of the salmon's sauce. Once almost done, add the rice to the frying pan and fry for a little longer.
