Ingredients

700g Diced chicken breast, boneless skinless
  Salt & pep, to taste
2 tsp Garlic powder
3 tbsp Corn starch
3-4 cloves Garlic, finely minced
250g Chinese vegetable mix
2 Bell pepper, cut into squares
2 White onions, cut into squares

For the sauce:

1 cup Dark soy sauce
1/2 cup Honey
6 tbsp Sweet chili sauce
4 tbsp Sriracha sauce
2 tsp Cornstarch (mixed with 1/4 cup water)
  Garnishing:
  Green onions
  Sliced red chilli

Instructions

Cooking mode

  1. Cut chicken into cubes then place in a bowl and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and cornstarch
  2. Bake in a pan until done.
  3. Mix the soy sauce, honey, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha sauce and some corn starch for the sauce.
  4. In a pan on medium heat cook the pepper, onion, vegetable mix and garlic for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables soften
  5. Then add the sauce and cook for 3-4 more minutes until the sauce thickens.
  6. Add crispy chicken to the sauce, garnish with chilis and green onions (optional) and enjoy over some rice
