Cut the chicken into cubes and add 1 tsp of cumin, 2 tsp of paprika, 2 tsp of oregano, 1 tsp chili powder, some salt and pepper and some lime. Mix the chicken and the spices.
In a frying pan, fry the chicken until done. Remove the chicken from the pan.
Cut the bell peppers and the onion. Fry them for a few minutes, then add the beans, rice, more of the seasoning you added to the chicken (the same amounts), fry for a minute and then add the tomatoes and 150ml of water.
Let it simmer for about 10 minutes (or until the rice is done). Occasionally stir to prevent the rice from burning. Add the chicken and you're done.
