Ingredients for four:

1 Onion
2tbsp Tomato puree
400g Chicken breast
2 Bell pepper
  Cherry tomatoes
140g Chorizo
500ml Stock
260g Orzo
3 Garlic cloves
  Smoked paprika
  Garlic granules
  Onion granules
80g Reduced fat grated cheese

Instructions

Cooking mode

  1. Firstly fry off your onion, and chorizo.
  2. After a few mins add your garlic and fry for 30 secs.
  3. Then add in your chicken, garlic granules and paprika once your chicken has some colour all over.
  4. Add your diced bell pepper after slightly frying the chicken.
  5. Then add in the tomato puree and the diced cherry tomatoes.
  6. Add in your uncooked orzo, stir for another minute or so and then add your stock, bring this to a boil.
  7. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low, cover the pan and leave to cook for 15/20 mins.
  8. Stir occasionally!
  9. Once the orzo is done, stir through some parsley and scatter over the cheese!

Remarks

The original recipe is with rice
