Shrimp Linguine

Ingredients

400g Argentinian shrimp
3 tbsp Butter
4 Garlic cloves
200ml Tomato sauce
500ml Heavy cream
  Parsley
300g Linguine pasta
  Salt & pepper
  Seasonings: garlic powder, red paprika powder, smoked paprika powder, oregano

Instructions

Cooking mode

  1. Peel & pat dry the Argentinian shrimp, add 1 tsp of each seasoning & mix well.
  2. Add olive oil to a pan, fry each side of the shrimp for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Remove the shrimp, add butter & minced garlic cloves. Let the garlic simmer until golden brown.
  4. Add the tomato sauce & heavy cream, add the shrimp back in & let this all simmer together on medium heat for 10 minutes.
  5. Once well combined add in the seasonings.
  6. Add the linguine pasta (make sure it’s aldente!) & the chopped parsley! Mix well & enjoy✨
