Ingredients

2x 125g Salmon fillet
1 tsp Sweet paprika powder
  Salt
  Pepper
  A pinch of chili powder
  Ground garlic
  A bit of more spices knobilicous

Optional for more kcal or carbs:

1 pack Express rice
  A bit of oil spray
2 Cucumbers (approx. 700-750g)
1 Red onion, thinly sliced
80g Avocado (1/2), diced
100g Balance cream cheese
20ml Soy sauce
  Sriracha sauce to taste
  Some sesame seeds and/or avocado topping

Instructions

Cooking mode

  1. Cut the salmon into bite-sized cubes.
  2. Season with the spices and oil spray and cook in the AirFryer at 200° for 6-8 minutes until crispy.
  3. Meanwhile, chop the rest of the ingredients.
  4. Add the salmon on top at the end.
  5. Optional toppings

  6. Avocado topping
  7. Sriracha mayo or sauce
  8. Spring onions
