Ingredients

  Slices of ham fried in butter
  Gouda slices
2 Eggs
  Some seasoning, salt and pepper
  Ciabatta
  Mayo mixed with dijon mustard
  Grated cheddar
  Avocado
  Sriracha

Instructions

Cooking mode

  1. Cook the slices of ham in butter in a frying pan on a medium heat.
  2. Layer the Gouda slices on top of the ham.
  3. Mix the two eggs with some seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and cook until set.
  5. Toast the ciabatta and spread mayo mixed with dijon mustard on it.
  6. Assemble the sandwich with the cooked egg, grated cheddar, avocado, and Sriracha.
