Ingredients

  Cherry tomatoes
  Olive oil
  Salt
  Pepper
  Red pepper flakes
  Garlic
  Parsley
  Oregano
  Burrata or stracciatella (burrata filling)
  Fresh basil
  Parmesan
  French baguette
  Butter
  Garlic
  Salt
  Parm
  Parsley (for garlic butter)

Instructions

Cooking mode

  1. 1. Add grape tomatoes to a baking dish and drizzle generously with olive oil (enough to coat the bottom of your dish).
  2. 2. Season with salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, garlic, parsley, and oregano.
  3. 3. Bake at 425°F for 20-30 mins until tomatoes burst (you can gently smash them halfway if they need some assistance in the ‘bursting’ process).
  4. 4. While that bakes, slice a French bread baguette, spread with garlic butter (butter, garlic, salt, parsley, parm), and toast 5–7 mins until golden.
  5. 5. Once you’re ready to serve, top with parm, fresh basil, and burrata. Stir it all together and serve HOT.
