Chicken thighs

Kecap manis
1 tbsp
Honey
1 tbsp
Soy sauce
 
Lime
4
Garlic cloves
 
Knob of ginger
 
Bunch of green onion
Instructions
Cooking mode
Slice the
chicken
into cubes and mix in a bowl with the
soy sauce
,
kecap manis
,
lime
juice, grated
garlic
, grated ginger and
honey
.
Let marinate as long as you desire (cooking directly is also fine).
Fry the
chicken
down in a pan with oil until nice and caramelized.
Chop the
green onion
into coarse chucks and throw them in, cook until the
chicken is
ready.
Serve with white rice and grilled veggies on the side.
