Ingredients

For the salmon

500g Salmon (skin on, cut into cubes)
1 tbsp Cornflour
1 tsp Salt
1 1/2 tsp Freshly cracked black pepper
1 Shallot (sliced)
5 cloves Garlic (sliced)
15g Ginger (sliced)
3 tbsp Oil

For the sauce

1 tbsp Rice wine
1 tsp Light soy sauce
1/2 tsp Dark soy sauce
1 tbsp Oyster sauce
2 tsp Sugar

Instructions

Cooking mode

  1. Coat the salmon with salt and cornflour.
  2. Fry with oil about 1min on each side, remove and set aside.
  3. Add in the aromatics and fry for 1 min, add black pepper and the salmon back in.
  4. Pour over the sauce mix and reduce for 2-3min.
  5. Serve with rice and your favourite greens.
