Ingredients

400 gr Linguine
4 Codfilets
2 Shallots
3 Garlic cloves
1 can Crushed tomatoes
4 tbsp Capers
100 gr Kalamata olives
1 tbsp Chili flakes
  Few anchovy fillets
  Few handfuls of cherry tomatoes
  Parsley
  Lemon zest + juice
  Salt
  Pepper

Instructions

Cooking mode

  1. 1. Slice the shallot and garlic into thin (half) rings and finely chop the stems of the parsley.
  2. 2. Let all of this melt in a pan with the anchovy, capers and olives.
  3. 3. Add the halfed cherry tomatoes, crushed tomatoes, chili flakes, lemon zest and pepper. Simmer.
  4. 4. Put the cod into the sauce and season with lemon zest and pepper.
  5. 5. In the meantime cook the pasta al dente.
  6. 6. Remove the cod and add the pasta with pasta water and lemon juice to the sauce, mix well.
  7. 7. Serve the pasta with the cod and top with parsley and lemon zest.
