Sticky Chili Crisp Chicken Wraps

Ingredients

For the wraps

12 Mini wraps
600 gr Chicken fillet
1-2 tbsp Paprika
1-2 tbsp Onion
1-2 tbsp Garlic
  Salt
  Pepper
1-2 tbsp Sriracha
2-3 tbsp Chili crisp
3-6 tbsp Soy sauce
2-3 tbsp Honey
  Spring onion

For the avocado spread

2 Avocados
1 tbsp Chili crisp
1-2 Garlic cloves
  Lime juice
  Salt
  Pepper

Instructions

Cooking mode

  1. Slice the chicken into cubes and add to a pan with the chili crisp, paprika, onion, garlic, salt and pepper.
  2. Give some nice color together with the whites of the spring onion.
  3. When almost cooked through add the sriracha, soy sauce, honey and lime juice.
  4. Heat to thicken and cook the chicken.
  5. Give the mini wraps a good char and finely mince the greens of spring onions.
  6. Assemble with the avocado spread, chicken, spring onion and more lime juice.
  7. For the avocado spread

  8. Mash the avocado together with the grated garlic and other ingredients.
  9. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
