Ingredients:

1 tbsp Olive oil
1/2 Brown onion
500g Minced beef
8 cup Iceberg lettuce
  Pickles
4 Cheese slices
8 x Potatoes
  Salt & pepper to taste
  Paprika
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
1/2 tsp Onion powder

Big mac sauce:

80g Mayonnaise
30g Salt reduced tomato sauce
1 tsp Mustard
1 tbs Pickle juice
1/4 tsp Paprika

Optional toppings:

  Tomato

Instructions

Cooking mode

  1. Slice the potato into chips. Season and drizzle 1/2 tbs olive oil. Cook in the air fryer for approx 15 minutes at 200•C or until cooked.
  2. Heat pan over medium-high heat and add remaining olive oil. Add in onion and cook for 2-3 minutes until softened.
  3. Add in mince meat, season with salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder. Break apart, and cook until browned.
  4. Assemble your bowl with, lettuce, chips, mince & onion, cheese (melt it) and tomato’s.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together all sauce ingredients. Then drizzle over the bowl and enjoy!
