Ingredients

Mustard To use as a binder
400g Chicken breast
0.5 Scallion
2 Large carrots
100ml Sour cream
100ml High quality mayo
2 tsp Cane sugar
0.5 tsp Cumin
1 tsp American mustard
1 tbsp Applecider vinegar
  Salt and pepper to taste
  High quality bbq sauce
  High quality dry-rub

Instructions

Cooking mode

  1. Use the mustard as a binder and coat the chicken with a dry rub.
  2. Add the chicken to an oven proof tray and top it with foil.
  3. Place it in the oven at 120 degrees Celsius for 3 hours.
  4. Pull the chicken.
  5. Slice all the greens for the coleslaw, add to a bowl, add all other ingredients and mix to combine.
