Ingredients

Chipotle chicken

2lb Boneless skinless chicken thighs
2 tbsp Olive oil
1 can Chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
1 tbsp Chili powder
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Dried oregano
1 tsp Salt

Saffron chicken

2 lbs Boneless skinless chicken thighs
1/4 cup Liquid saffron or bloomed saffron
1 cup Greek yogurt
1/4 cup Oil
1 Onion, grated and moister squeezed out
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1 cup Chopped parsley
1 tsp Sumac
1 tsp Turmeric
1 Lemon, juiced
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper

Lemon herb chicken

2 lbs Boneless skinless chicken thighs
3 Lemons, zest + juice
1/4 cup Olive oil
2 Garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp Dried oregano
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper

Coconut curry chicken

2 lbs Boneless skinless chicken thighs
1 can Coconut milk, unsweetened
2 tbsp Curry powder
1 tbsp Fish sauce
1 tbsp Honey
3 Chopped thai chilis
2 sprigs Chopped green onions
1/2 tsp Salt

Honey sriracha

2 lbs Boneless skinless chicken thighs
1/3 cup Honey
1/4 cup Sriracha
2 tbsp Soy sauce
Juice of 1 Lime
2 cloves Garlic, minced
2 tsp Fresh ginger, grated
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Onion powder
1 tsp Ground coriander
1/2 tsp Salt

Instructions

Cooking mode

  1. Blend all ingredients together in a blender and combine with chicken thighs to marinade.
  2. For each separate marinade

  3. Add all ingredients into a bowl.
  4. Mix together and add your chicken thighs.
  5. You can cut them up into bite size pieces or leave as is.
  6. Mix well and place in ziplock baggy, making sure all of the air is out.
  7. If you are placing in the freezer, you can freeze for up to 2 months.
  8. Once you want to take out of freezer to eat, let defrost in the fridge 24 hours before you cook the chicken.
