Ingredients

2 lbs Ground beef 80/20

Bacon jam

8-10 oz Bacon
1 Onion
1/4 cup Brown sugar
3 tbsp Honey/maple syrup
1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar or glaze
1/2 tsp Chili powder
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper

Burger sauce

1/2 Mayo
2 tbsp Ketchup
1 tbsp Yellow mustard
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp Pickle juice
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Onion powder
1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper

Instructions

Cooking mode

    For the toppings:

  1. Crisp up the bacon pieces on a skillet until slight crispy.
  2. Remove bacon and drain on paper towel.
  3. Use that same grease to sauté onions & garlic along with your seasonings.
  4. Add brown sugar, honey & balsamic glaze.
  5. Cook till slightly sticky and thick.
  6. It should get stickier as it cools down.
